1. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your Smarthire AI subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features (including report downloads) will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free Tier.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy Since Smarthire AI provides a "Forever Free" tier for up to 10 employees to allow users to evaluate the software's functionality and interface, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.
Fees for Monthly or Yearly plans are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-month or mid-year cancellations.
3. Technical Errors and Double Payments If a technical glitch results in a duplicate payment for the same subscription period, the user must report the incident to info@smarthireai.in within 7 business days. After internal verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 10-15 working days.
